Several banks have had "blank spaces" in their annual reports for many years. Where is the bottom line for information disclosure?

Many banks' annual reports that are required to be disclosed on time are in a "blank" state on their websites for a long time. A review by reporters found that many small and medium-sized banks have not released annual reports for several consecutive years. For example, the latest annual report of Yingkou Bank was the 2019 annual report; the latest annual reports of Huludao Bank, Fuxin Bank, Dandong Bank, Chaoyang Bank, and Fushun Bank were also disclosed a few years ago. When reforming non-performing assets becomes an excuse for delaying the release of annual reports, when system upgrades become a technical barrier to prevent the public from accessing information, the legal bottom line of bank information disclosure is being gradually eroded.
