Meliem Materials announced that its shareholder Zhang Chaoyi, who originally held more than 5% of the company's shares, has reduced his ownership from 9.17% to 4.999986% due to the company's implementation of equity dividends, capital reserve fund capitalization, conversion of convertible bonds, issuance of shares to specific entities, and reduction of shares. After this equity change, he holds 35,560,732 shares of the company. As of now, his divestment plan has not been fully implemented. This change does not trigger a tender offer, does not affect the company's controlling shareholder or ultimate controller, and does not impact the company's governance and operation.
