Kangtai Biological announced its intention to acquire 51% of the subscribed but unpaid equity held by the original shareholders of Beijing Kunyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for zero yuan, and to achieve consolidation. The counterparties in the transaction are Du Weimin, Liu Siyuan, Miao Xiang, Duan Bo, Nie Xiaoqi, and Ma Jianying, constituting a related-party transaction.
