Encounter small noodle's trademark has been declared invalid.

Recently, the well-known chain brand "Meet Xiao Mian" sued a "Yu Jian Xiao Mian" trademark infringement in Nanyang, Henan, attracting widespread attention. It was noted by reporters that more than one "Yu Jian Xiao Mian" merchant in Nanyang has been sued. A civil complaint shown to reporters by one of the merchants shows that the plaintiff claims to be the legal owner of the No. 15327283 "Meet Xiao Mian" and No. 76738222 "Yu Jian Xiao Mian" trademarks. However, a search on the Chinese Trademark Office website revealed that the No. 15327283 "Meet Xiao Mian" in Class 43 was declared invalid by the Trademark Office in 2022, and the current status of the trademark is "cancelled/invalidation application under review." The No. 76738222 "Yu Jian Xiao Mian" is a registered trademark, but it belongs to Class 35 and does not cover catering services.
