The project contract was signed on February 8, 2018, with a total price of 50 million yuan and a franchise period of 25 years. Due to the decision of the Wucheng County government to terminate the project agreement in accordance with the law and regulations, repurchase the operating rights, and implement self-operation or new mode operation, the company agrees to transfer the project operation rights in advance. The contract will terminate at 24:00 on May 31, 2026. During the transition period, the sewage treatment service fee is 1.7 yuan per ton. Party A owes Party C a sewage treatment service fee amounting to 52.89987 million yuan, and an upfront payment for the operation fee of the upstream pumping station of 26.38 million yuan. The termination compensation and the recovery of arrears need to be determined through judicial procedures, and the final amount of compensation will be based on the effective judicial ruling.
