The company was established in November 2018, with Jiang Linjie as its legal representative. Its business scope includes new energy technology development, technology transfer, technology services, technology consulting, etc. It is jointly held by Geely Junity Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Golden Sail Investment Co., Ltd.
