In response to the new form of online violence, Douyin has launched the AI Anti-Online Violence Action, launching the AI Anti-Online Violence Agent, allowing online violence recognition models, judgment models, and human collaboration to work together, and optimizing the outbound assistance mechanism, covering risk identification, event judgment, proactive governance, and outbound assistance. After the system upgrade, the platform has expanded its identification of potential online bullying risk population by 91.5% on a daily basis. Every day, thousands of users activate the anti-online violence function after receiving warnings, and the number of victims assisted by manual outbound calls due to high risk levels has increased by 147%.
