CEGA Han Reimong: North Africa has many advantages, companies should go out to sea in groups and fight collectively.

At today's "2026 China Business Global Influence Dialogue," Han Leiming, Group Executive Director and Executive Director of CEGA China-Africa Economic Cooperation Center, delivered a keynote speech on "Reshaping Overseas Coordinates Based on Geopolitical SituationPreferred North Africa to Drive European, African, and Middle Eastern Markets." He pointed out that North Africa has advantages in terms of tariffs, logistics, channels, and trade service zones, and suggested that companies "go out to sea in groups, fight collectively," share front warehouse and back store, hierarchical localization procurement, and joint assembly lines, in order to reduce enterprise costs.
