Hunan issues yellow alert for heavy rain.

The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning at 8:00 on the 13th: It is expected that from 8:00 on the 13th to 8:00 on the 14th, there will be heavy rain in some areas of eastern and southern Hunan, with heavy rain in the south of Yongzhou and the southwest of Chenzhou, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds and other severe convective weather. The yellow warning area includes the southern part of Zhuzhou, the eastern part of Changsha, the southern part of Hengyang, Yongzhou, and Chenzhou.
