China Unicom announces the launch of a high-quality dataset funding plan worth billions of yuan.

Recently, China Unicom announced a billion yuan plan to support high-quality datasets. The plan establishes a special fund of over one billion yuan to support high-quality datasets in the medical field, targeting medical institutions and ecosystem partners, aiming to build a batch of industry high-quality datasets, facilitate a batch of billion-level medical data transactions, and incubate a batch of high-quality medical artificial intelligence applications and ecosystems. Currently, the base has built industry high-quality datasets of over 150TB in more than 10 specialized disease areas, achieved data transaction volume of over tens of millions of yuan, and served over 30 pharmaceutical research and development pipelines.
