The Xi'an Bankruptcy Court was established.

According to the Xi'an Daily, on June 12th, the Xi'an Bankruptcy Court was established, becoming the first specialized bankruptcy court in the northwest region to officially operate. This marks a new stage of professionalization, standardization, and high-quality development of bankruptcy trial work in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City. According to the approval, the Xi'an Bankruptcy Court is responsible for handling compulsory liquidation and bankruptcy cases of companies registered by market supervision authorities at the district and county levels within Xi'an City, as well as those in the Shaanxi Xi'an New Area; handling derivative litigation cases of the aforementioned compulsory liquidation and bankruptcy cases; handling cross-border bankruptcy cases; handling other cases that should be handled by it according to law; and handling other related matters concerning bankruptcy trial work.
