Guotai Junan Securities plans to issue 80 billion yuan in corporate bonds, and has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

On June 13th, it was announced that Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.'s project to publicly issue corporate bonds targeted at professional investors with a maturity of 10 years or less, with a planned issuance amount of 80 billion yuan, has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The funds raised will be used to repay the principal of existing corporate bonds and supplement working capital.
