China Taihe Haotong plans to issue 80 billion yuan in corporate bonds and has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

On June 13th, it was announced that Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.'s 2026 corporate bond issuance project targeting professional investors has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The bond issuance amount is planned to be 80 billion yuan, with a term not exceeding 10 years (including 10 years), and the raised funds will be used for repaying the principal of company bonds and supplementing working capital.
