SpaceX IPO investment banking fees exceed 5 billion USD

SpaceX's total underwriting fees for its initial public offering are approximately $500 million, representing 0.7% of the total fundraising amount of $75 billion. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are expected to each receive about $100 million, the highest share. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase will each receive around $75 million, while other smaller investment banks will receive fees of no more than $10 million.
