Juan Valencia of Socit Gnrale in France stated in a report that the credit bond market has remained relatively stable despite global geopolitical tensions, inflation concerns, and uncertain interest rate prospects. Valencia said, "The volatility of credit spreads has always been much lower than that of sovereign bonds, and we expect this trend to continue for at least the next few quarters." He also mentioned that the strong demand for credit bond assets from investors may boost their performance, as they offer higher yields compared to sovereign bonds.
