*ST announced that the company received the decision from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 12, 2026, regarding the termination of listing of Suzhou Everlasting Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. due to the issuance of an audit report for the 2025 financial accounting report which could not be expressed opinion on, and an audit report on internal control of the financial report which could not be expressed opinion on, triggering the condition for delisting of the stock. The company's stock will resume trading from June 23, 2026, and enter a delisting consolidation period, which will last for fifteen trading days, with the expected final trading day on July 13, 2026. There will be no price limit on the first trading day of the delisting consolidation period, and thereafter the daily price limit will be 10%.
