Shilan Micro announced that the company had signed the "Investment Cooperation Agreement for the 8-inch SiC Power Device Chip Manufacturing Production Line Project" and supplementary agreements with Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group and other parties. Recently, according to the agreement, the subscribed capital of Xiamen Shilan Jihong Semiconductor Co., Ltd., amounting to 4.21 billion yuan, has been fully paid. Among them, Shilan Micro contributed 106 million yuan, holding 25.1781% of the shares.
