Analysts at Dahua Jixian stated in a research report that with the improvement of air connectivity, the Thai hotel industry is showing positive momentum in the recovery of tourist arrivals. These analysts pointed out that against the backdrop of seeming stability in the US-Iran conflict, Middle Eastern airlines are resuming their regular routes, such as flights from Europe to Thailand. These airlines are offering tickets at lower than usual prices to expedite their operational recovery. This is encouraging tourists to return to Thailand, which will benefit hotel operators. The brokerage firm's top pick in this sector is Central Plaza Hotel, with a buy rating and a target price of 45.00 Thai baht. The stock rose by 3.0% to 34.00 Thai baht.
