Zhao Guofu, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission, stated at a news conference in Shanghai on June 12th that the establishment of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board's Growth Enterprise Board has been smooth, becoming an important platform for the capital market to support technological innovation. In October 2025, the first batch of newly registered companies on the Growth Enterprise Board successfully went public. So far, 32 existing unprofitable enterprises have been smoothly included in the Growth Enterprise Board, with an additional 8 unprofitable enterprises listed. The overall revenue of enterprises on the Growth Enterprise Board increased by 37% in 2025, with 6 companies moving out of the Growth Enterprise Board due to their first-time profitability.
