Ren Geng is the founder of the company, and Lang Xianpeng is the co-founder. It is reported that Ren Geng was once one of the youngest country CEOs of Huawei, and also one of the youngest vice presidents of Alibaba Group. Lang Xianpeng was formerly the senior vice president of Ideal Car, the president of autonomous driving, and the "number one employee".
