The latest information from the Guangdong Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau shows that the bureau has approved the capital increase and share expansion plan of Guangzhou Bank. The latter has been approved to issue up to 2.4 billion shares to specific targets. Currently, the total share capital of the bank is approximately 11.78 billion shares, with Guangzhou Financial Holdings holding a total of 42.3%, making it the controlling shareholder of the bank.
