On-demand handling of cross-border business, for users without international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan relatives, and those who do not engage in cross-border business, can combine their actual needs to use this service to disable the function of receiving overseas calls and messages. Currently, the service has served a total of 587 million users.
2. The "One ID Query" service for national mobile phone cards and internet accounts allows users to easily check the situation of their mobile phone cards and associated internet accounts, and promptly cancel or unbind unnecessary phone cards and internet accounts. It has provided querying services for the public over 370 million times.
3. Overseas call reminder service, when users answer overseas calls or receive overseas messages, they will be alerted that the number is from abroad to help users identify foreign calls. It has reminded users a total of 2.523 billion times.
4. The 12381 Fraud Warning SMS System mainly sends warning SMS messages to users through the 12381 SMS gateway to promptly remind users of the risk of telecom network fraud. It has sent a total of 1.726 billion warning messages.
5. The "Anti-fraud Card" can identify the identity of the official dissuasion number of the public security agency to help users distinguish official dissuasion calls and to promptly block the risk of being deceived. It has assisted the public security agency in dissuading alarms 660 million times, with a 32.8% increase in the alarm connection rate.
