Brazil issues final ruling on anti-dumping investigation involving Chinese company's nylon filaments.
According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on June 9, the Executive Committee of the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission issued Resolution No. 908 of 2026, making a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on nylon filament yarn originating from or imported from the Chinese manufacturer/exporter Yiwu Huading Polyamide Co., Ltd., and deciding to impose an anti-dumping duty of 2192.48 US dollars per ton on the company and its affiliated manufacturers/exporters for a period of 5 years. The affiliated manufacturers/exporters include Jiangxi Jihao New Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yate New Materials Co., Ltd., and Yiwu Dingte New Materials Co., Ltd. However, the implementation of this measure is temporarily suspended for public interest considerations. The tariff numbers for the products involved are 5402.31.11, 5402.31.19, and 5402.45.20. This resolution is effective from the date of publication.
