On June 11, Standard & Poor's assigned a "BBB-" issue rating to the euro-denominated Restricted Tier 1 perpetual subordinated notes to be issued by BNP Paribas Cardif SA (referred to as "French Paris Insurance", A/stable/--). The final effectiveness of this rating is subject to Standard & Poor's completion of its review of the final terms and conditions of the notes.
