Jingyan Technology: Some of the company's optical module shell products have begun mass production.

On the afternoon of June 11th, Jingyan Technology stated during a visit to a reception agency that the company's optical module housing has been under joint development with customers for two years. During this period, they have cooperated to develop multiple products in different styles, with some already in mass production. The product specifications have evolved from 800G to 1.6T, and they are currently progressing with research and development of more cutting-edge products. The traditional mainstream materials for these products are zinc alloy and aluminum alloy, typically requiring accessories such as heat sinks, heat spreaders, and heat pipes. At present, they have completed the application development of copper alloy raw materials in collaboration with customers, which have outstanding heat dissipation performance. The products meet customer standards in terms of hardness, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and other indicators. Some products have already begun mass production this year. If customer orders increase in the future, the company can expand production capacity or adjust internal capacity to quickly meet the demand. The scale of future production will mainly depend on actual customer needs.
