China Fortune Finance APP News, WuXi AppTec (603259.SH) announced that on June 9, 2026, the company issued a "voluntary announcement" regarding the U.S. Department of Defense's (referred to as "DoD") mistakenly listing WuXi AppTec as a "Chinese military company" (referred to as "CMC") in its official updated list under section 1260H, and stating that WuXi AppTec will immediately take action to challenge and correct this mistaken identification.
