Huajian's Future: Plans to globally sell 13.6 million H shares, with a sale price of 81.8 Hong Kong dollars.

On the morning of June 12th, Huajian Future announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue 13,600,000 H shares, with 1,360,000 H shares to be issued in Hong Kong and 12,240,000 H shares to be issued internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The issue price is 81.80 Hong Kong dollars per share, and it is expected that the shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 23, 2026.
