Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs: Provinces in the eastern and western regions sent a total of 16,000 cadres to work in each other's provinces.

The State Council Information Office held a press conference at 10 a.m. this morning to introduce the progress and achievements of the cooperation between eastern and western regions, and answered questions from reporters. Maierdan Mugaiti, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, introduced that during the transition period of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and linking them effectively with rural revitalization, 16,000 cadres were exchanged between eastern and western cooperation provinces. Continuous education and medical "group assistance" is being organized, with more than 6,500 schools and hospitals in eastern provinces pairing up to assist more than 7,700 schools and hospitals in western provinces. A total of 120,000 teachers, doctors, and other technical personnel have been exchanged between the two regions, effectively connecting high-quality education and medical resources in eastern regions with those in western regions.
