Eastern Fortune (02432.HK) announced that Mr. Wang Yong has submitted his resignation as the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy General Manager, and all other director positions in the company's subsidiaries. The reason for his resignation is that he wishes to devote more time to his personal affairs. After considering the recommendation of the company's nomination committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Liu Zhufu as the Executive Director and member of the Strategic Committee. The appointment of Mr. Liu Zhufu as Executive Director and member of the Strategic Committee must be approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting through an ordinary resolution before it can take effect.
