Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, Minde Electronics (300656.SZ) announced that in order to meet the increasing customer order demand of its holding subsidiary Guanxin Microelectronics, and to steadily and high-quality improve production capacity, Guanxin Microelectronics intends to purchase a total of 35 sets of production equipment (including Poly etching machines and chemical vapor deposition equipment) from Sumitomo, and purchase 4 sets of supporting software. The total contract price including taxes is RMB 107.6 million. In the future, Guanxin Microelectronics will separately sign "Specific Equipment/Software Purchase Subcontracts" with Sumitomo for each batch/set of equipment and software according to the project implementation progress.
