Meta achieves deal for India AI data center, major cloud providers continue to ramp up infrastructure construction at a massive scale.

On June 10th, Meta Platforms announced that it will lease a 168-megawatt, AI-powered data center in India from billionaire Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries. Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg said, "This world-class facility in Jaipur will help us expand our AI infrastructure globally, while further deepening our long-term investment in the Indian economy."
