Xiaoma Intelligent Transportation: Wang Haojun appointed as Joint Company Secretary

On June 10th, Xiaoma Intelligent Driving announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Wang Haojun has been appointed as the joint company secretary, effective from June 10, 2026. The current company secretary, Wu Dongcheng, will continue to serve as another joint company secretary. Wang Haojun, 49 years old, is the Chief Financial Officer of the company, responsible for the group's corporate finance transactions, financial planning and management, as well as human resources.
