Ticket prices for flights before the Dragon Boat Festival have dropped.

As the Dragon Boat Festival and summer vacation approach, civil aviation transportation has once again entered the peak season. Recently, at Shenzhen Airport, many passengers have already started traveling early and avoiding peak times. Some passengers told CCTV financial reporters that if they travel by plane from Shenyang for tourism and return on non-holidays, each ticket can be cheaper by 1000 yuan. In the week before the Dragon Boat Festival, flights from Shenzhen to Hangzhou, Guiyang, Haikou, Wuhan, and other places only cost over 200 yuan, which is only half or even one-third of the average price in July. The prices of tickets for long-haul flights to the northern regions are even more cost-effective. According to statistics from online travel platforms, as of now, the pre-Dragon Boat Festival off-peak travel ticket booking volume has increased by 19.6% compared to last year.
