China Duty Free Group (01880): Proposed Re-Election and Nomination of Members for the Sixth Board of Directors

Intelligence Financial News APP, China Duty Free Group (01880) announced that, upon the nomination of the company's controlling shareholder China Tourism Group Limited (China Tourism Group), reviewed by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors recommends (i) re-electing Mr. Fan Yunjun as a non-executive director of the sixth Board of Directors; (ii) re-electing Mr. Chang Zhujun, Mr. Wang Yuehao, and Mr. Wang Xuan as executive directors of the sixth Board of Directors. Upon nomination by the Board of Directors, reviewed by the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors recommends (i) re-electing Mr. Wang Qiang as an independent non-executive director of the sixth Board of Directors; (ii) nominating Mr. Huang Jianhua and Ms. Han Yingjiao as independent non-executive directors of the sixth Board of Directors. The term of office of the above-mentioned director candidates shall be three years from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting.
