It is indicated for secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) in adult patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) receiving hemodialysis. HS-10568 is a calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) allosteric modulator that enhances receptor sensitivity to extracellular calcium, thereby reducing the secretion of parathyroid hormone (PTH).
