DCE: Adjusting the margin level of coke futures contract trading.

DCE Announcement: starting from the settlement on June 12, 2026, the margin levels for speculation and hedging trading of coke futures contracts will be adjusted from 20% and 15% to 12%.

According to sources familiar with the matter reported by The Wall Street Journal, the US Department of Justice has issued subpoenas to several large US banks, including JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, requesting information on whether there is a practice of "canceling banking services," that is, improperly closing customer accounts for political reasons. These subpoenas, issued by the Federal Prosecutors' Office in the District of Columbia led by Jeanine Pirro, mark a further escalation of the investigation initiated by Trump. The investigation aims to determine whether banks have discriminated against conservative individuals and industries with political controversies, including businesses related to the Trump family. Trump had previously stated last year that after the Capitol riot incident at the end of his first term in office, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America closed his bank accounts and refused to open new ones for him. In August of last year, Trump signed an executive order directing banking regulatory agencies to investigate whether financial institutions engage in "politically motivated or unlawful practices of canceling banking services" and to take appropriate actions, including imposing economic penalties.
