Meta is considering setting a maximum price of $200 per month for its new OpenClaw intelligent agent tool aimed at general consumers. This pricing target is aggressive, aiming to compete with the high-end paid products of top AI companies. The product, tentatively named Hatch, will be priced with a tiered pricing model, with the high-end subscription tier priced at $199.99 per month. Hatch offers a wide range of functionalities: users can write custom software on demand, create schedules in their calendars, and have emails sent on their behalf. Users can simply express their needs in everyday language, and the product can generate programs that run effectively, with an interface similar to natural language programming applications. After launching the paid high-end version of Hatch, Meta will directly compete with AI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic, whose code generation and intelligent agent paid products have accumulated a large number of users. OpenAI's ChatGPT Pro version and Anthropic's Cladue Max premium package are both priced at $200 per month.
