The UK medium to long-term government bond yield increased by about 7 basis points.

In the European market at the close on Wednesday, the yield on the 10-year UK government bond rose by 7.2 basis points to 4.931%. After opening higher at 15:00 Beijing time, it mainly held steady near the 4.9% level and accelerated upward since 23:00. The yield on the 2-year UK bond rose by 6.1 basis points to 4.372%. The yield on the 30-year UK bond rose by 6.9 basis points, and the yield on the 50-year UK bond rose by 7.4 basis points. The 2/10-year UK bond yield spread increased by 0.936 basis points to +55.790 basis points.
