According to reports, a shell company affiliated with Musk has recently purchased properties in a rural area outside Houston, USA, indicating that it may be finalizing the location for a planned $55 billion chip factory called Terafab. The Terafab project, jointly promoted by SpaceX, Tesla, and xAI, aims to provide chip support for artificial intelligence and robotics projects with a total investment of up to $119 billion. Land registration records show that the company, named "WIT Tech LLC," has purchased at least 6 parcels of land in Grimes County with a total area of over 6000 acres (equivalent to nearly 10 square miles), with the transaction amount not disclosed.
