Cybersecurity is a foundational industry in the AI era, and the industry scale will increase with the scale of digitalization, presenting a potential increment space of billions. Currently, the gap between the cybersecurity industries of China and the United States is as high as 12 times, and the imbalance in attack and defense in the AI era is triggering three essential needs: practical security, data security, and full-stack security. It is not realistic for defenders to choose to improve their vulnerability detection capabilities to balance the imbalance, nor is it realistic for defenders to rely on native AI security capabilities to balance the imbalance. Based on these two "unrealistic" options, a consensus has been reached that accelerating the upgrade and transformation of network security, and narrowing the gap in attack and defense is the inevitable choice in the AI era.
