The Zhitong Finance APP reported that the China Literature Group (00772.HK) announced that on June 2, 2026, Shanghai Hongwen (the company's Chinese operating entity, as the buyer) signed a stock transfer agreement with Linzhi Lichuang (as the seller), with the buyer intending to acquire approximately 28.22% equity of Wuhan Yihua Kaitian Cultural Communication Co., Ltd from the seller for a price of 401 million yuan.
