Shareholders holding more than 5% of Zhongyan Dadi (003001.SZ) intend to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%.

Financial news app, Zhitong Finance APP, announced that Zhongyan Dadi (003001.SZ) has issued a statement. The company's shareholder with more than 5% stake, Nanjing Zhongyan Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date. The total number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, totaling 1,745,500 shares.
