Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Telecom (00728) announced that the company's controlling subsidiary Gudn Lingz plans to use its own funds to jointly establish a fund with CTE Quantum Enterprise Management and Telecom Investment. The fund will be named "CTE Quantum Industry Entrepreneurial Investment Fund (Limited Partnership)" (subject to business registration), with Telecom Investment's wholly-owned subsidiary CTE Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. as the fund manager and CTE Quantum Enterprise Management as the fund's executive partner. The fund's committed capital is 1.5 billion RMB, with Gudn Lingz investing 300 million RMB in cash, representing a 20% stake.
