The TCL Technology (000100.SZ) disclosed the 2026 partner holding plan (draft), the scope of participants in the holding plan is the company's core staff, with a total number of participants not exceeding 60 people, including a total of 7 company directors and senior management personnel, with a total subscription of shares not exceeding 84 million shares, accounting for 30% of the total share of the holding plan, with each share being 1 yuan, the total funds not exceeding 84 million yuan; other participants subscribing not exceeding 196 million shares, accounting for 70% of the total share of the holding plan, with each share being 1 yuan, the total funds not exceeding 196 million yuan. The total funds of the holding plan do not exceed 280 million yuan.
