China Guangdong Nuclear Power: Unit 2 of Taishan nuclear power plant completes refueling overhaul and resumes power generation on June 2nd.

China General Nuclear Power Corporation announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Taishan Nuclear Power, will begin its annual fuel replacement maintenance for Unit 2 of Taishan Nuclear Power Plant by the end of 2025, and will increase some checks and tests. As of June 2nd, the unit has completed all tasks, with all parameters meeting nuclear safety regulations and plant technical specifications. It has been connected to the grid for power generation and the monitoring of the Taishan Nuclear Power Plant and surrounding environment is normal. The company will ensure the safe and stable operation of all operating nuclear power units.
