27 departments jointly issue notices related to the protection of migrant children and left-behind children

Today, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and 27 other departments announced the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Precise Identification, Accurate Record Keeping, and Detailed Services for Mobile Children and Left-behind Children", specifying the precise identification and establishment of key care files through investigation and implementing precise services through targeted measures.
