Due to work changes, Cai Zhaohui and Zou Guang will no longer serve as Vice Governors of Hainan Province.

On May 29, the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress of Hainan Province closed in Haikou. The meeting voted on appointments and removals. Among them, due to work changes, it was decided to remove Cai Chaohui from the position of Vice Governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government; to remove Zou Guang from the position of Vice Governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government; and to remove Cai Chaohui from the position of Director of the Hainan Provincial Public Security Department.
