Accident at an energy facility in southern Iran leaves one dead and two injured.

According to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting on the 27th, an accident occurred at a facility of the Damavand Energy Company in Asaluyeh, southern Iran, resulting in one death and two injuries. The company's statement said the accident occurred around 11:35 that day when an air separation unit at the company malfunctioned. Following the accident, rescue, operations, and safety personnel quickly arrived at the scene to provide emergency assistance. The injured have been taken to medical facilities for treatment. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
