Following a recommendation by the company's Audit Committee, it has been decided to appoint Ku An (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor. Ku An will fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Changqing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited, effective May 27, 2026, and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company. In this appointment, Ku An will audit the comprehensive financial statements of the Group for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
