ST West intends to buy 50% equity of Lhasa Beer for 2.92 billion yuan.

ST XiFa announced that it plans to pay 292 million yuan in cash to acquire a 50% stake in Tibet Lhasa Beer Co., Ltd. currently owned by Carlsberg International. After the transaction is completed, the listed company will hold 100% of Lhasa Beer's shares. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and does not constitute a restructuring for listing purposes.
